This policy explains the fees on JoyWorksAI and how payments work. “JoyWorksAI,” “we,” and “us” means nJoy Worldwide Inc., doing business as JoyWorksAI. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Consumer Accounts
Creating and using a consumer account on JoyWorksAI is free.
2. Paid Business Plans
Paid business plans are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store (In-App Purchase). The price and billing period are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Your subscription is billed by Apple to your Apple Account, and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions govern billing. We never receive or store your payment card details.
3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods equal to your billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is managed exclusively through Apple: on your device, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or open the App Store app, tap your profile, then Subscriptions), select JoyWorksAI, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We cannot cancel your subscription for you, and deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
4. Refunds
Because Apple processes all subscription payments, refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are decided under Apple's policies. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the current period. Except where granted by Apple or required by law, amounts paid are non-refundable.
5. Purchases from Businesses
Products and services offered on JoyWorksAI are sold by participating businesses. Each sale is a contract directly between you and the selling business; JoyWorksAI is not a party to the transaction, and the selling business is responsible for the goods or services it sells and for resolving any disputes regarding them. The Service does not support sales between consumer users.
Commission on business sales. Businesses pay JoyWorksAI a commission on sales made through the Service, calculated as a percentage of the sale price. The commission rate currently ranges from 5% to 20%, and the rate applicable to a business is disclosed to that business in its plan terms or business agreement. Commissions are charged to the selling business, not to buyers, and do not change the price you pay as a buyer.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service. Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any taxes applicable to their sales.
7. Price Changes
Subscription price changes are administered through Apple's processes, which include advance notice and, where required, your consent before a higher price takes effect.
